Mr. Brad Hill has been Venn Therapeutics’ Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel since 2016. Previously, he served as outside counsel and as an advisor to the firm. An experienced negotiator and corporate attorney, Mr. Hill manages Venn’s licensing and strategic relationships while advising on securities, finance, and internal governance. He is also a principal at Hill Law PLLC. 

 

Prior to his work with Venn Therapeutics, Mr. Hill served as General Counsel for Blackbird Biofinance, LLC, and led that company’s asset sale to Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc., in 2015. As an attorney, Mr. Hill practiced litigation and corporate law at a firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. 

 

Mr. Hill earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
